Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as deal counsel in the 1st issuance of debentures by the insurance company Porto Seguro S.A., in the amount of R$75,000,000.00.
The transaction was coordinated by Banco Itaú BBA S.A.
The net resources raised through the issuance will support the investments made by Porto Seguro’s subsidiaries.
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as deal counsel. The transaction was led by partner Allan Bercht (pictured), assisted by partner Marina Lipener Fenerich and associates Gisele Surkamp and Maria Fernanda Giorgi.
