Monteiro Rusu advise on Foco Aluguel de Carros debenture issue
Monteiro Rusu acted as deal counsel on the 3rd issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in single tranche, of Foco Aluguel de Carros, for public distribution, according to the CVM 160, under firm commitment of UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Caixa Econômica Federal in the total amount of BRL 120 million.
