Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised Agasus S.A. on its 2nd debentures issuance, which was coordinated by Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead bookrunner. The company is focus on IT infrastructure outsourcing in Brazil.
The transaction was structured according to CVM’s Rule 476, in the total amount of R$ 120,000,000.00.
The net proceeds raised through the issuance will be used by the company to purchase new equipment to expand its client base and accelerate the business growth.
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as Agasus adviser with partner Roberto Pekelman Rusu (pictured), helped by partner Marina Lipener Fenerich and associate Gisele Surkamp.
Lefosse Advogados acted as legal adviser of Banco Itaú BBA S.A., with partner Bruno Massis, and associates Pedro Cruciol and Luis Bruno.
