Monteiro Rusu advises bookrunners on issuance of financial notes of BMG
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead bookrunner, Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A.
The transaction was the 1st issuance of Financial Notes of Banco BMG S.A., structured according to CVM’s Resolution 8, in the total amount of R$ 300,000,000.00.
The net proceeds raised through the issuance shall be used by Banco BMG to perform its business strategy and enhance its cash flow.
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as bookrunners’ advisor with partner Roberto Pekelman Rusu (pictured left), helped by partner Marina Lipener Fenerich (pictured right) and associate Maria Fernanda Giorgi.
Vaz, Buranello, Shingaki e Oioli Advogados acted as legal advisor of Banco BMG.
