Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A., Banco Votorantim S.A. and Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. in the 5th issuance of Financial Notes of Banco GM S.A
Banco GM’s 5th issuance of financial notes in the total amount of R$ 500,000,000.00 had Banco Itaú BBA S.A. as lead and Banco Votorantim S.A. and Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. as bookrunners of the offering.
The net proceeds raised through the issuance will be used by Banco GM for general corporate purposes, in particular to Banco GM’s cash flow and multiple-purpose bank activities support
