Monteiro Rusu and Demarest on the BRL350 million Financial Letters of Issue for Banco Yamaha

Monteiro,Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised the underwriter Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Demarest Advogados advised the issuer Banco Yamaha Motor do Brasil S.A

Demarest Advogados advised Banco Yamaha Motor do Brasil S.A. in the issuance of 3,500 Financial Letters, in the amount of R$350,000,000.00.

The offering was targeted to professional Investors. Itaú BBA S.A. was advised by Monteiro,Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados, and provided services related to the underwriting, placement and public distribution of Financial Letters to the public, pursuant to CVM Resolution 8.

Banco Yamaha Motor do Brasil S.A. is a privately held company, founded in 2008, as part of the Yamaha Motor Group. Its main objective is to offer Yamaha Network and its clients competitive and attractive financial products.
