Monteiro Rusu advised the issuer; Machado Meyer advised the arrangers on the 15th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in two series, for public distribution, according to the CVM Rule 160, under firm commitment of BTG Pactual Investment Banking, UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Daycoval in the total amount of BRL 800 million.
