Mattos Filho Advogados advised the issuer on the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 150th issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio S.A, backed by debêntures issued by Neomille.
The distribution of CRA was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 400 on the total amount of R$ 600 millions.
