Monteiro Rusu and Tauil & Chequer act on CSN debenture issue
Monteiro Rusu Advogados advised CSN Mineração; Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco BTG Pactual, UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Safra.
The 2nd issue of debentures, in two series, for public distribution was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 400, of CSN Mineração, in the total amount of R$ 1.4 billion.
The transaction was under the terms of Law 12,431 and the use of proceeds shall be used for infrastructure projects.
