Monteiro Rusu assists bookrunners in issuing RCI Bank Financial Notes

Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised lead bookrunner Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. and bookrunner Banco Votorantim S.A. on the 11th issuance of Financial Notes of Banco RCI Brasil S.A.
The transaction was structured according to CVM’s Resolution 8, in the total amount of R$ 600,000,000.00.
The net proceeds raised through the issuance shall be used by Banco RCI Brasil S.A. to perform its business strategy and enhance its cash flow.
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as bookrunners’ advisor with partner Allan Borba Bercht (pictured), helped by partner Marina Lipener Fenerich and associate Gisele Surkamp.
