Moraes Jr Advogados assists TNG in its petition for judicial reorganization aimed at its financial restructuring

The law firm Moraes Jr. Advogados has distributed a petition for judicial reorganization of fashion chain TNG. The company, which was already facing difficulties before the crisis resulting from the pandemic, has even closed stores, cut expenses and fired employees to reverse losses, but the sharp drop in revenue and the increased pressure of debts prevented the improvement of the numbers.

The objective is that with the Judicial Recovery, the company can restructure itself financially, negotiate with creditors the existing debts and maintain its activities.
In the next 60 days, Moraes Jr. Advogados will present the judicial reorganization plan in the process, together with Siegen Consultoria, which is also assisting the process.
