Morgan & Morgan counsels Farallon Nicaragua on sale to Cooke Inc

Law firm Morgan & Morgan acted as Panamanian legal counsel to Farallon Nicaragua, which farms shrimp and exports to Asia, Europe and the US, in connection with the sale of its business to Cooke Inc., a Canadian company and parent of Cooke Aquaculture.

Shrimp farmMorgan & Morgan advised the Panama-based aquaculture company on legal matters relating to the transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed.

Morgan & Morgan partners Francisco Arias G. and Roberto Vidal participated in the transaction.
