Multiple firms act in Inovabra’s investment in Exato Digital
Machado Meyer acted as legal adviser for Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Inovabra I – Investimento no Exterior, investment fundo of Banco Bradesco, in the acquisition of 21% of equity interest in Exato Digital, a start-up in the background check sector, which was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
Exato Digital’s product will serve to assist Banco Bradesco in the loan approval process, as well as being part of the strategy of Bradesco to invest in innovation and venture capital through Inovabra.
The transaction value was worth BRL 17.000.000,00.
