Muñiz Law assists in JICA $400m loan to BBVA Peru
Estudio Muñiz has assisted in a USD 400 million loan to Banco BBVA Peru, granted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), with co-financing from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), for the promotion of green finance in Peru.
The transaction is part of JICA’s ACCESS programme, a USD 1.5 billion fund to finance projects to transform Peru and the world towards a climate-resilient society in order to achieve environmental goals.
This amount will be used for the construction of green buildings, energy-saving facilities and equipment that meet international standards.
