Muñiz Law represents Holcim in acquisition of Comacsa and Mixercon
Estudio Muñiz has represented Holcim in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Comacsa, the main producer of industrial minerals and white Portland cement in the country, and 100% of the shares of Mixercon, a well-known company in the production, marketing and supply of cement and ready-mix concrete, for an aggregate amount of USD 100 million.
Muñiz Law’s team was composed of senior partner Mauricio A. Olaya Nohra (pictured left), senior partner Juan Carlos Vélez (pictured right) and senior associate Rolando Wilson Orozco, with the collaboration of Jorge Otoya, Hilda Fernandez, Milagros Mejia Herrera, Erika Medina Valencia, Luciano Cogorno Falcone and Gino Francesco Ontaneda Gonzalez among other members.
