Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has counselled Promotora Atardeceres del Pacífico on Real Estate development in México.

Nader, Hayaux & Goebel advised Promotora Atardeceres del Pacífico on securing a $145 million loan from BBVA Bancomer México, Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, and SabCapital to finance the construction of an hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The hotel will be operated by LiveAqua under Dayforia brand. LiveAqua is a Grupo Posadas subsidiary, a group who owns 170 hotels.

Nader, Hayaux & Goebel team was led by partners Eduardo Villanueva Ortiz (pictured left) and Michell Nader Schekaiban (pictured right), and involved associate Agustín Dartigues Cámara and trainee Fernando Villalón.
