After almost two years out of the firm, lawyer Nathália Grizzi has returned to Martorelli Advogados to lead the area of Business Law.

Martorelli Advogados counts again on the lawyer Nathália Grizzi who, after almost two years out of the office, returns to lead the Business Law area. The firm is headquartered in Recife and has branches in other states.

While leading the Business Law area, the lawyer will add her experience in the preparation and negotiation of national and international contracts, M&A and investment operations, structuring and development of new businesses, corporate reorganization projects, estate and succession planning, and capital restructuring.
