Natura instructs Davis Polk on $750 million offering

Davis Polk advised Natura on its $750 million offering of 5.375% senior notes due 2023. 

The notes were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.

Natura is a Brazilian multinational cosmetics manufacturer founded in 1969 and is widely recognised for its commitment to sustainable development. It acquired The Body Shop, the iconic British brand in 2017., and also relied on Davis Polk for that transaction.

Natura is also the parent company of Aesop, the Australian luxury cosmetics brand.

Davis Polk lawyers in Sao Paulo and New York worked together advising Natura. Partner Manuel Garciadiaz led the team.
