Nelson Mullins advises Mercado de Recebíveis on financing round

Nelson Mullins acted as U.S. legal counsel to Mercado de Recebíveis, a Brazilian fintech company, in connection with its latest financing round led by Headline, a global venture capital firm with a data-driven and internet-focused investment approach.

This funding round increased Mercado de Recebíveis’ valuation to approximately $55.1 million.

The proceeds will support the company’s continued growth, including the expansion of its commercial and technology operations, continued platform enhancements, and product development.
