Nelson Wilians Advogados announces two new partners in Brasília

The Brasília branch of Nelson Wilians Sociedade de Advogados welcomed two new members: Edgard Carvalho (pictured left), as managing partner, and Eduardo Pellaro (pictured right), in the strategic cvil nucleus.

Edgard Carvalho is a lawyer specializing in Business Law, with an emphasis on Corporate Law. He has experience in Litigation (judicial, arbitration, civil, business, among others) and Consulting (business contracts, corporate operations, e-commerce). Also noteworthy is his legal work for national and multinational companies, in the areas of technology (software/SaaS), banking, construction, service provision, startups, healthtechs, edtechs. Edgard has a degree in Law from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP), a postgraduate degree in Procedural Law from PUC/MG, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, a master’s degree in Commercial Law from PUC/SP. He is also an assistant professor of Business/Corporate Law at PUC/SP.

Eduardo is a lawyer specializing in Civil Procedural Law, with a preponderant practice in Civil Law, Contract Law, Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy and Digital Law. At Nelson Wilians Advogados, he has already worked as Coordinator of the Strategic Civil Center since 2020, at the headquarters in São Paulo. He holds a degree in Law from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), with a specialization in Civil Procedure from Universidade São Paulo (USP), in addition to having a Complementary Partial Degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela, in Spain. He has been a member of the OAB/SP Mediation and Arbitration Commission and the In-Depth Study Group on Contracts, of Fundação Arcadas, linked to the University of São Paulo (USP).

Edgard Carvalho and Eduardo Pellaro are located in the Federal District unit, in Brasília. This way, the firm now has 53 partners in total.
