New issue of The Latin American Lawyer now available

The new, all digital, free-to-download issue of The Latin American Lawyer is now available, and can be downloaded here.

This is the inaugural issue of the magazine’s new-look, digital format, the result of a fusion in January between Milan-based LC Publishing and Madrid-based Iberian Legal Group. The magazine will now appear bi-monthly, and the nexy issue will be available for download in July.

The latest issue includes a look at M&A trends in Latin America, an interview with the founders of the Latin American Compliance and Investigation Leage, a look at Paraguay’s proposed anti-corruption law, and an interview with the in-house counsel for Spanish energy company Acciona in Santiago, Chile.
