The concept of FittipaldiGômara Advogados emerged after Marcelo Gômara, who left TozziniFreire Advogados, returned from a sabbatical abroad.
Joining the founding team are also lawyers Artur Marques and Ariadne Portas.
About the Partners
André Fittipaldi brings decades of experience in labor and social security law. He led the social security department at TozziniFreire for over 10 years and then took charge of the strategic labor area. He has extensive experience in strategic litigation, collective bargaining, legal audits, internal investigations, and labor consultancy, including the creation and development of compensation plans.
Marcelo Gômara is a specialist and a reference in Brazil in the development of labor and employment structures, occupational safety and health, and union relations. He is a member of the Academia Paulista do Direito do Trabalho (APDT) and a former president of the Sindicato das Sociedades de Advogados dos Estados de São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro (SINSA).
