New law firm B2SG Legal debuts in Chile

B2SG Legal, a newly established Chilean law firm, was launched and specializes in corporate, real estate, tax, compliance, and dispute resolution. The partnership comprises Ignacio Bolelli, Jazmín Gajardo, Benjamín Salas, and Francisco Braun (pictured). Three of the partners previously worked at MBC Abogados, while Braun spent five years in Dentons’ compliance division.

According to the firm, B2SG Legal emphasizes innovation, transparency, and the strategic use of technology to provide clients with effective solutions and added value in their decision-making processes. Besides the partners, B2SG also has a team of twelve lawyers and legal staff.

Ignacio Bolelli, a graduate of the University of Chile, has built extensive experience in corporate and real estate law, advising companies involved in construction, project development and management, rental businesses, investment companies, and investment funds. He has participated in company and asset acquisitions and continues to support management teams in various sectors. Bolelli also serves as director for companies in the real estate and financial industries and has been recognized by Chambers & Partners and other international rankings as a leading real estate lawyer.

Jazmín Gajardo, a University Adolfo Ibáñez law graduate, holds master’s degrees in Business Law and Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She provides comprehensive tax advice to corporations and individuals, serves as a director of the Chilean Tax Institute, and frequently lectures at seminars related to her field. Her previous roles include positions at Barros & Errázuriz, Edwards y Cía., and Moscoso y Cía.

Benjamín Salas, also a graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, brings vast experience in the development and financing of real estate projects, corporate and personal restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and capital and debt issuances. His practice has earned consistent recognition from Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and IFLR 1000.

Francisco Braun, likewise an alumnus of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, specializes in compliance and corporate governance. He has advised national and multinational companies on legal compliance strategies, developing crime prevention models (Law 20.393), competition compliance programs, anti–money laundering systems (AML), policies required by Chile’s Financial Market Commission (CMF), and personal data protection frameworks.
