NHG advises Inmobiliaria Masach on purchase of construction company
Nader Hayaux & Goebel advised Inmobiliaria Masach on the acquisition of the construction company Constructora Paseo de los Cocoteros, owner of the Dreams Villamagna Hotel in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit.
The acquisition also included the marketing rights to the hotel.
This transaction was carried out through the negotiation and execution of a share purchase agreement and a marketing rights purchase agreement.
