NHG counsels Fibra Danhos on bond issue

Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has assisted the development group Fibra Danhos in an $8m peso bond issue

 Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has counselled Fibra Danhos on its successful $8 million peso bond placement on the same terms as its previous programme (which is no longer in effect). This new programme allows Fibra Danhos the flexibility to do so when its management deems appropriate.

Fibra Danhos is a Mexican development group dedicated to building, leasing, operating and managing commercial and office properties in the metropolitan area of Mexico City and Puebla. Among its properties are Torre Virreyes, Parque Vía Vallejo, Parque Las Antenas.
