Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has advised Grupo de Diagnóstico Aries on the acquisition of Family Labs and Asesores Diagnóstico Clínico
Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has counselled Grupo de Diagnóstico Aries on the acquisition of the “Family Labs” and “Asesores Diagnóstico Clínico” group providing clinical laboratory procedures and analysis in Mexico, which will allow the buyer to continue with its expansion plans to more regions in Mexico.
In this transaction, Aziz & Kaye Abogados acted as counsel to the sellers.
