NHG counsels HSCB on revolving credit facility to Dimex

Nader Hayaux & Goebel has counselled HSBC Mexico in connection with a MXN 1,500,000,000.00 asset-backed revolving credit facility granted to Dimex through a Mexican irrevocable guarantee trust (acting as borrower under the facility). 

This facility was backed by the proceeds of eligible pension credits granted by Dimex to its customers. It was granted to the irrevocable guarantee trust acting as borrower, where HSBC Mexico has a first priority beneficial interest.

This is a non-recourse asset-backed financing. Dimex’s obligations under the financing documents are limited to compliance with specific financial parameters. The implementation of this facility has involved the participation of a Master Servicer to assist Dimex in certain administration activities and to issue or validate the reports submitted to HSBC Mexico under the financing documents.
