NHG helps in execution of warranty package for Marelli
Nader Hayaux & Goebel has helped Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, on behalf of Mizuho Bank, and a group of 25 lenders in the negotiation and execution of a security package for Marelli and its subsidiaries in Mexico.
The purpose of this transaction was to secure the refinancing of a syndicated loan granted by Mizuho Bank and a group of lenders.
