NHG incorporates Francisco Palmero as new partner
Nader Hayaux & Goebel has announced the incorporation of Francisco Palmero (pictured), as a new partner of the firm, effective 11 September, to strengthen the tax practice.
Francisco is an expert in tax and administrative litigation and consulting work, with more than 15 years of experience. His practice focuses on supporting and handling complex tax and administrative litigation before local and federal courts, as well as advising and accompanying clients in tax audits, conclusive agreements and tax refund proceedings. Francisco also has extensive experience in tax advice and consultations related to federal and local taxes and the application of treaties to avoid double taxation, among other matters.
Francisco holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and an LLM in Business Law from the Universidad Panamericana. Prior to joining the firm, Francisco worked at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa, Ortiz Sosa Ysusi, Hogan Lovells, among others.
