NHG names Jenny Ferrón as partner
Nader Hayaux & Goebel has announced the addition of Jenny Ferrón (pictured), previously an associate at the firm, as partner, effective May 2024.
Jenny has extensive experience in capital markets, banking and finance, private equity and cross-border transactions, and spans the real estate, fintech, public companies, banking and financial services sectors.
During her time at NHG, she led multiple capital markets and finance transactions, and advised major financial institutions and corporations on debt and equity offerings. Jenny has a strong track record in financial matters both in Mexico and abroad.
Prior to rejoining NHG, Jenny spent three years as an associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in New York, focusing on public and capital markets transactions, as well as structured finance.
She holds a law degree from Fordham University and a law degree from Universidad Panamericana.
