NHM Advogados incorporates a new partner in the Arbitration and Litigation areas
Nogueira, Haret, Melo e Maroli Advogados has a new partner, Eduardo Ono Terashima, who will work in the Arbitration and Litigation areas
NHM strengthens its strategy of growth with the arrival of a new partner, expanding the base of professionals and areas of service to its customers. Eduardo Terashima will act in the areas of Arbitration and Litigation, in which he has more than 17 years of experience with national and international clients of several segments, such as Financial Market, Agribusiness, Life Sciences, Civil Construction, Automotive Industry among others.
Terashima is doctorate student and holds master’s degree in International Economic Relations from PUC-SP, where he also holds a post-graduate degree in Administrative Law and a law degree. He holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from University College London-UCL.
He teaches post-graduate courses in arbitration and international law at COGEAE/PUC-SP. He coordinates the Center for Studies in International Commercial Law at PUC-SP. He is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee – CBAr.
