Nicaragua office of Aguilar Castillo Love recruits Linklaters lawyer

Central American law firm Aguilar Castillo Love has announced the appointment of Pol Thielen as a partner based in its Managua, Nicaragua office.

Thielen joins from the Luxembourg office of Linklaters. He specialises in litigation and international arbitration.

Prior to Linklaters, he was group general counsel at Dematic, a global logistics services company owned by private equity firm Triton.

Thielen has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2003 and is admitted before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Luxembourg High Court. He is also a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration.
