Norton Rose Fulbright instructed on Colombian PR company sale

Norton Rose Fulbright acted for Colombia’s Newlink on the sale of a 51% stake to SEC, the Italian PR company. 

Newlink Comunicationes Estrategicas is based in Bogotá and offers PR and marketing communication services.

SEC S.p.A. is an Italian public relations and advocacy grop headquartered in Milan. The deal was valued at aproximately $2 million, including cash and a future earn-out to be determined according to EBITDA results of Newlink from 2018 through 2022.

Partner Ana Cristina Jaramillo led the Norton Rose Fulbright team in Colombia which advised Newlink.

SEC instructed Castellari, a law firm in Colombia.
