O’Farrell and EGFA assist John Deere in issuance of corporate bonds
Estudio O’Farrell and EGFA Abogados have advised on a new issue of negotiable obligations of John Deere Credit Compañía Financiera S.A.
Estudio O’Farrell has assisted John Deere Credit Compañía Financiera S.A. and EGFA Abogados a Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Santander Río S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. and Puente Hermanos S.A., as arrangers and underwriters, in the placement of the Class VIII Notes denominated and payable in US dollars for a nominal amount of US$13,135,219 at a fixed annual nominal rate of 5.50% and maturing in 2023.
The issue was made on 7 October 2021 under the Frequent Issuer Regime established in Section VIII, Chapter V, Title II of the Rules of the National Securities Commission. Caja de Valores S.A. acted as Collective Deposit Agent and Paying Agent Abroad.
The Class VIII Notes have been authorised for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A., through Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires S.A. and for trading in Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
