Olaechea appoints new Director to open Technology practice
Peruvian law firm Estudio Olaechea has announced the promotion of Andrea Zanusso (pictured) as director of the new Technology, Innovation & Artificial Intelligence practice.
Her practice concentrates on legal advice on telecommunications matters, focusing on infrastructure deployment, as well as technology, cybersecurity and personal data protection issues. She has also been involved in the development of corporate legal strategies from an administrative analysis, as well as in matters related to health registries, artificial intelligence projects and cybersecurity assessment from a legal perspective.
Andrea also has extensive experience in Administrative, Regulatory and Information Technology Law, including administrative proceedings, advising on different technological projects, and cybersecurity matters.
She holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a Master’s degree in Legaltech and Digital Management of Law from the University of Salamanca, Spain. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Law at the University of Buenos Aires, and recently obtained a Certificate in Cybersecurity Risk Management in the Information Age from Harvard.
