Olaechea launches e-Sports and Gaming practice area
Peruvian law firm Estudio Olaechea has announced the opening of its new e-Sports, Entertainment and Gaming area, which will offer a comprehensive legal service for competitors, developers, sponsors, content creators and investors.
Among other advisory services, the area will address regulation in advertising, consumer protection, personal data, intellectual property and compliance. The area will be led by partner Mónica Germany (pictured), with the support of senior associate Cristina Fernández.
