Orizzo Marques Advogados announces Erika Regina Marquis Ferraciolli as new partner for the Tax area
Orizzo Marques Advogados has just announced Erika Regina Marquis Ferraciolli (pictured) as a new partner of the tax department. With more than 16 years of experience in large and medium-sized companies, in several sectors, Erika joins Andréa Marco Antonio in the leadership of the tax area of the firm, focused on judicial litigation.
The lawyer has developed and coordinated throughout her career projects related to payroll taxation, including the revision of rates and parameters of incidence of social security contributions and those due to third-party entities, as well as the management of FAP (Accident Prevention Factor).
Erika has a degree from PUC/SP, a post-graduation in Tax Procedure from COGEAE-PUC/SP, and an LL.M in Tax Law from Insper/SP. She is also a member of the Permanent Tax Committee on Taxation of the Digital Economy and the Permanent Tax Committee on Social Security Taxation and Tax Reform of the Brazilian Association of Tax Lawyers – ABAT.
