Pacheco Coto advised Flex on Costa Rica acquisition

Central American law firm Pacheco Coto acted for Flex on the Costa Rican aspects of its global acquisition of AGM.

Flex (formerly known as Flextronics) is a multinational which designs, manufactures and distributes intelligent products for a connected world. It operates in over 30 countries.

AGM is a global supplier of automotive interior components and systems, including overhead console systems, interior lighting, electronic components and textile flooring solutions. The company is headquartered in Troy in the US with additional facilities in Mexico, Costa Rica, Austria and China.

As part of this transaction, of undisclosed value, Flex acquired the Costa Rican facilities of AGM.
