Padis Mattar and FLH act on the acquisition of Salinas by Rivermet
Padis Mattar and Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados has concluded the M&A transaction involving the sale to Rivermet Group of Salinas Gold Mineração, a strategic gold mining producer acting in the center-west and north regions of Brazil.
Franco Leutewiler Henriques advised the sellers and relied on partner Vitor Henriques (pictured left), associates Bruna Argento and Theodoro Soares.
Padis Mattar advised the buyer and relied on partners Alexandre Rios (pictured center), Paulo Padis (pictured right), associates Natalie Signorelli, Laura Loaiza, Batya Tabacnik and assistant Renata Montagnini.
