PAG acted for Mexican start up on closing seed financing

Private Advising Group, the Miami boutique law firm, helped SkydropX close $700 thousand series seed financing round. 

SkydropX is headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico. It provides a technology-enabled package courier service, mainly by motorcycle.

The transaction included closing a $700k seed financing round led by Dynamo Accelerator, converting notes into equity and, at the same time, purchasind Thunder, a bike courier service in Mexico City.

PAG attorney Sofia Yague led the team acting for SkydropX.
