PAGBAM acts in financial trust issue of Fértil Finanza
Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has acted as legal advisor in the issuance of Series XX Trust Securities called “Tarjeta Fértil XX” Classes A, B, and C of Fértil Finanzas, for a total amount of $332,743,293.
The trust assets of the financial trust “Tarjeta Fértil XX” are the present and future credits derived from the personal loans granted by the trustor and from the use of the Fértil credit cards.
The Financial Trusts Management of the CNV authorised the public offering of the trust securities of Series “Tarjeta Fértil XX” on 23 May 2023. In addition, Standard and Poor’s Global Ratings Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo granted a rating of “RaAA (sf)” for the VDFA, “RaA (sf)” for the VDFB, and “RaCCC (sf)” for the VDFC.
Fértil Finanzas acted as trustor, Rosario Administradora Sociedad Fiduciaria acted as trustee and issuer, and Adcap Securities Argentina acted as arranger and underwriter; while Banco Mariva, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, and the Argentine Securities Market Member Agents acted as underwriters.
Manuel Ventureira and Lucas Jakimowicz acted as in-house counsels for Rosario Administradora Sociedad Fiduciaria.
