PAGBAM acts in new Tarjeta Fértil issue
Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has acted as advisor in the issuance of Series XXIII Trust Securities called ‘Tarjeta Fértil XXIII’ Classes A, B, and C for a total amount of $ 2,131,994,921.
The firm has advised Fértil Finanzas, as trustee; Rosario Administradora Sociedad Fiduciaria, as trustee and issuer; Adcap Securities Argentina, as arranger and underwriter; and StoneX Securities as underwriter.
The Trust Assets of the Financial Trust ‘Tarjeta Fértil XXIII’ are the physical and digital credits assigned to the Financial Trust, the sums of money arising from the collection of the Credits, as well as the yield of the present and future Permitted Investments derived from the personal loans granted by the Trustee and from the use of the Fértil Credit Cards.
The Financial Trusts Management of the CNV authorized the public offering of the trust securities of the Series ‘Tarjeta Fértil XXIII’ on September 5th.
