PAGBAM acts on Banco Santander Argentina on issuance of class XXIX and XXX notes.
Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM) has advised Banco Santander Argentina in the issuance of (i) the class XXIX notes, simple, non-convertible into shares, non-subordinated, with common guarantee of Santander Argentina and without third party guarantee.
It was denominated and payable in Pesos, for a nominal amount of Ps. 20,750,000. 000 (Pesos twenty thousand seven hundred and fifty million), with an interest rate of 2.65% effective monthly and maturing on November 23, 2025.
Class XXIX Notes and Class XXX Notes are simple, non-convertible, unsubordinated, and guaranteed solely by Santander Argentina (without third-party guarantees). These notes are denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, with a nominal amount of ARS 65.84 billion. They carry a variable interest rate based on the TAMAR Private Rate plus a 3.25% nominal annual margin and will mature on May 23, 2026. Santander Argentina acted as issuer and underwriter and was advised by Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arnsten.
