PAGBAM advises banks on San Miguel notes issuance
Argentinian law firm Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM) has advised for the banks acting as placement agents for a $39.5 million notes issuance by citrus producer San Miguel.
The proceeds of the issuance will be used mainly to finance capital and labour costs.
The placement agents advised by PAGBAM were Banco Santander Río, which also acted as arranger; Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Supervielle, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), HSBC Bank Argentina, Macro Securities, Allaria Ledesma & Cia., AR partners and Banco de Crédito y Securitización.
AGBAM’s partner Diego Serrano Redonnet (pictured) led the firm’s team, with associates Nicolás Aberastury and Paula Balbi.
The notes were issued on February 20, in three different classes, all maturing on December 20, 2020.
San Miguel is located in the Province of Tucumán and is dedicated to the production, commercialization and export of fresh citrus fruits from the southern hemisphere, with more than 200 international customers in more than 50 countries.
