Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen assisted Grupo Gaman in the acquisition of 60% of EHS Latam

 Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Grupo Gaman on the acquisition of a 60% stake in EHS as part of its expansion plan. The main objective of this acquisition is to continue offering more complementary services to the entire portfolio of Grupo Gaman clients and, at the same time, to collaborate in the reduction of their labour contingencies and equity risks.

EHS Latam is a company with 15 years of experience leader in health and safety with presence and services throughout Argentina. EHS is dedicated to the prevention of accidents at work, the preservation of the environment and quality management.

Grupo Gaman is a young group of Argentinean companies, mainly dedicated to insurance brokerage and advice. Through its different units -Gaman Broker de Seguros, Alea Broker de Seguros, Asset Broker, Quore Vida y Ahorro, NextStep Tecnología, and Fundación Bruna- Grupo Gaman serves all segments of the insurance industry, being one of the main organisers and brokers in the market, with more than 140 thousand clients, 16 branches and a network of 12 brokers, 28 organisers and more than 500 producers in Argentina.
