PAGBAM assists in the issuance of Tarjeta Fértil XXII
Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has assisted Fértil Finanzas, as trustee, Rosario Administradora Sociedad Fiduciaria, as trustee and issuer, Adcap Securities Argentina as arranger and underwriter, and StoneX Securities as underwriter, in the issuance of Series XXII Trust Securities called “Tarjeta Fértil XXII” Classes A, B, and C for a total amount of $630,239,046.
The Trust Assets of the Financial Trust “Tarjeta Fértil XXII” are the present and future credits derived from the personal loans granted by the Trustor and from the use of the Fértil Credit Cards.
The Financial Trusts Management of the CNV authorized the public offering of the trust securities of the Series “Tarjeta Fértil XXII” on March 26th.
Moody’s Local AR Risk Rating Agent granted a rating of “AA+.ar (sf) (sf)” for the VDFA, “A-.ar (sf) (sf) (sf)” for the VDFB, and “CCC-.ar (sf) (sf) (sf)” for the trust securities.
