PAGBAM assists Lucens Capital in Janis investment
Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has assisted Lucens Capital in an investment in Janis, a Latin American cloud-based SaaS software service provider in terms of gross merchandise volume (GMV) and transactions processed.
This investment marks Lucens Capital’s first foray into the SaaS industry.
Lucens Capital is a regional private investment firm founded to capitalise on value and growth opportunities in the small and mid-market space in Latin America.
Janis has clients in several Latin American countries.
