PAGBAM counsels Cencosud on $10.58m notes offering

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has counselled Cuotas Cencosud Serie XII on the note offering

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen acted as legal counsel on the note offering of the Cencosud subsidiary.

Cencosud SA is a multi-brand retailer in South America operating through several formats, which includes supermarkets, home improvement stores, shopping centres and department stores.

On the operation Cencosud S.A., acted as settlor. The trustee was TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. Banco de Galicia served as lead manager and Buenos Aires S.A.U as placing agent. SBS Trading was as co-agent on the transaction.

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen team was led by partner María Gabriela Grigioni (pictured), and involved associates Tomás Rago, Nahuel Perez de Villarreal and Pablo Vidal Raffo.
