Argentinian law firm, Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen, has counselled Dow’s local subsidiary on the purchase of Pacheco Trade Center II, a 190,000 sq ft logistics space in the Corredor Norte of Buenos Aires with premium warehouse space leased to top tier companies.
This transaction was closed on 9 November, where Estudio Seitún (through Ricardo Seitun) advised the seller, Invertrust S.A.
