PAGBAM counsels Gaman on acquisition of Lloyd Transatlantic

Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has counselled Grupo Gaman on the acquisition of Lloyd Transatlántico (“Lloyd Viajes & Eventos”).

Lloyd Viajes & Eventos is a travel agency in Argentina, providing travel and tourism services in the country and abroad.

Thanks to this transaction, Grupo Gaman enters the tourism industry, adding a new activity to the different business units it currently operates.

Beccar Varela acted as advisor to Lloyd Transatlantic, through its team comprising partner Roberto Crouzel and advisory partner María Benson.
